Ben Rudnick
Chief Strategy Officer
Ben Rudnick is Chief Strategy Officer of Syneos Health, where he leads the design and implementation of the Company’s corporate strategy and development efforts, including acquisitions, investments and strategic partnerships.
Ben has two decades of experience within senior strategy, finance and corporate development positions across the biopharmaceutical industry, with repeated success in driving enterprise transformation and global business partnerships.
Prior to being named Chief Strategy Officer in July 2023, Ben served as Interim Chief Financial Officer. Previously he served as the Company’s Executive Vice President, Global Finance, and Corporate Development and Strategy. Prior to that, he held various roles of increasing responsibility in Corporate Strategy, Development and Finance across Syneos Health. Ben started his career in healthcare banking collaborating with early-stage biotech, medical device and pharma services companies.
Ben has an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, a MSc in Economics from the University of St Andrews (Fife, Scotland) and a B.A. in International Relations from the University of South Carolina.
