Hillary Bochniak
Chief Human Resources Officer
Hillary Bochniak is Chief Human Resources Officer of Syneos Health with a focus on talent development, transformation and building an inclusive culture that fuels customer impact. She has nearly 30 years of experience in human resources (HR) roles of increasing scope, scale and responsibility.
Prior to Syneos Health, Hillary was most recently at Accenture serving as the Managing Director, Global HR Lead for Strategic Accounts and Sales, where she helped enable transformation to reimagine a best-in-class experience to create value for customers at scale. Prior to that position, Hillary served as Executive Director of Accenture’s Global HR Business Partner team and Global HR Director for Accenture’s Financial Services business. Hillary has extensive experience in strategic talent planning and management, resource planning, change management, HR operations and the implementation of enterprise-wide technology solutions.
Hillary holds an MBA from the College of William and Mary and a B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
