Larry Pickett is Chief Information & Digital Officer of Syneos Health where he leads all aspects of the Company’s Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data and Digital strategies, and implements new technology and data-driven products to deliver value to customers across the clinical to commercial continuum.
Prior to joining Syneos Health in 2020, Larry founded RxDataScience, a healthcare data analytics and software solutions organization, after 20+ years of serving in leadership roles at biopharma companies, including private pharma, Merck and GlaxoSmithKline.
Larry holds an MBA with a concentration in information systems from UNC-Greensboro and a B.A. in chemistry from UNC-Chapel Hill.
